Beginner Yoga Workshop
60 Minute Classes
A 6-week series is offered a few times a year on Wednesdays at 10:30am (check our workshop page). This Beginner workshop is ideal for people wanting to begin committing to a weekly practice. Each week builds on the prior week. This Series is designed for people who have never practiced yoga and for anyone who wants to deepen their current practice by slowing down and focusing on creating strength and flexibility in each pose. Each beginner class will have a theme—Hip Openers, Backbends, Twists. Whatever the theme, every class will be infused with core strengthening poses.  

60 Minute Classes

Wednesdays in January at 12pm

Come explore yoga with a beginner's mind. We will practice the basics of a yoga flow class, focusing on proper alignment and modifications for injuries and inflexibility. Each week will focus on a different family of poses. Questions are encouraged! If you have been attending flow classes but would like some of the poses broken down with more instruction, this is the class for you! This class is designed for people who have never practiced yoga and for anyone who wants to deepen their current practice by slowing down and focusing on creating strength and flexibility in each pose. Come discover the many benefits of yoga... stress relief, increased strength & flexibility and an overall sense of balance and well-being in our bodies and in our lives. Classes will be offered in studio and virually (recording available if you register). REGISTER NOW/ $85 for all 5 or $22 to drop in.


Yoga Stretch & Strength for All Levels

60 Minute Classes

Thurs at 10:30am, Sat at 11am & Sun at 11am

This class assumes you have never done yoga although many regular yogis enjoy the pace and pose selection. This class offers appropriate yoga poses for the tightest bodied athletes, desk sitters or anyone who is struggling with flexibility and chronic stiffness. We practice varying series of poses in order to build both strength and flexibility all in order to experience greater ease of movement in your body. This class is accessible to anyone. We will always incorporate some core strengthening into every class for fitness and for the health of the low back.


Hot & Sweaty 20

75 Minute Class

Tuesday at 9am and Friday at 4:30pm

The name may sound intimidating but the class is accessible to all levels. If you like the heat, the pace is not fast and the holds are longer. This gives you the chance to modify or come in and out of the poses. We practice a designated series of poses that is the same each time. However, just because the poses are the same does not mean that your experience will be the same each time! 20 poses, same order, lots of holding but no flow. No chattarunga, no up dog... no vinyasa. The combo of poses is designed to stretch and strengthen the major muscle groups. EXPECT TO SWEAT. We will be turning up the heat!


Slow Flow & Restore

60 Minute Classes

Wednesday night at 7pm

Slow Flow & Restore is a nourishing fusion of mindful, unhurried vinyasa and restorative yoga. At the start of class, gently release tension and stress through meditative movements and breath work. Then, ease into floor based postures supported by props to encourage deep relaxation and comfort. Slow, deliberate movement unlocks deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue to rejuvenate your tissues. Class will culminate in a tranquil savasana to embrace the healing power of stillness and then finish with a brief guided meditation. Embrace the art of slowing down, honoring your body’s unique needs, and creating spaciousness in the mind.
