Annual Ayurveda Fall Cleanse
with Loren Winters
Kickoff meeting Saturday, November 1, 4-5pm
Cleanse runs Nov. 2-8, $150 early bird / $175 after
Ayurveda is a thousand-year-old health system that uses a wholesome diet and daily routines to prevent disease and promote healing. Twice a year, at the juncture of seasonal change, several days of cleansing are done to give your digestive system, the key source of balanced health, a chance to clear out, refresh, and restore itself. Signs that you could benefit from a cleanse:
lack of pep, sour taste in mouth, gassiness, irregular bowels, weight gain, skin irritations, allergies It is possible to see symptoms such as these clear up in a matter of days on cleanse.
For many years, Loren has guided the OTM community through Ayurvedic seasonal group cleanses. Previous cleanse community members are welcome back as well as those new to the Ayurvedic cleanse! The group format provides real-time insight and input as we go through this transformative experience together.

Asana Evolution: A Deep Dive into Your Yoga Practice
Once monthly SUNDAYS 2:30-4:30pm with Ramsay & Liz
In this six-month series, we will dive deep into different practices and techniques. With a deep appreciation for the classical poses, we will focus on exploring modern variations to discuss and feel their different benefits. As teachers and students, we believe that cultivating movement literacy is crucial, developing an understanding of why we practice certain variations of poses based on our individual anatomy.
How we move matters. Equally important is understanding “the why” behind “the how”. This is crucial to maximizing the benefits and increasing the longevity of your practice. We will practice for 2 hours with a few quick breaks to workshop poses and concepts. These classes will be offered virtually with recording available if you register.
