Summer Solstice Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath

with Ramsay and Lisa Kawski

 Friday, June 21, 7-8:30 pm

Join Ramsay and Lisa Kawski for this special event as the light fades on the year's longest day. If you are seeking peace, serenity, balance or a mental reset, this evening's session will provide for this. We have created the perfect setting where you can be free from distractions and get into deep relaxation and stillness. This is where you can reset, recalibrate and activate your body's natural healing response. This stimulates the release of happiness hormones to relieve you of stress so you can feel the bliss!

Ramsay will lovingly guide you into supported relaxing yoga positions while Lisa provides a live sound scape of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and more magical sound instruments to support a meditative mind/body experience. The benefits of this experience include better sleep, lower blood pressure, reduced symptoms of anxiety, increased oxygen flow, mental clarity and enhanced creativity. If you are in need of serenity, healing or just want to give yourself the gift of self-love, this is it.

There is NO EXPERIENCE required for this session. All levels are welcome. We have props at the studio but please bring anything that may aid in your comfort (and your crystals for an energetic charge). We will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. $45
