Ceremonial Breathwork
with Evie O'Connor
Friday, March 6, 6:30-8:30pm, $75
Ceremonial Breathwork: a space to travel beyond the mind and traverse the sacred terrain of your body, heart, spirit and soul. A two-hour candlelit journey that weaves together solar and lunar breath practices, an intentional soundscape, intuitively guided meditation, therapeutic touch + deep relaxation.
Together, these practices can facilitate a non-ordinary state of consciousness where emotions, memories and energies can be located and liberated in and through the body and and breath. Conceptual understanding is an essential part of our process as humans, but we cannot get where we want to go with the mind alone-- we also must feel, presence, sense, allow, embody and express. The journey is both up and down: a descent into our humanity and an ascent into our divinity.
Ceremonial breathwork can supplement, illuminate and deepen your path in yoga, meditation, therapy or coaching. It can also support the integration psychedelic or other peak states, re-parent your inner child, activate your intuitive mind and ultimately, is a space to feel and welcome the full spectrum of your humanity and divinity in whatever form they emerge in the space. No experience needed. Come as you are. Remember all you can be.
Space is limited to 11 people. Register early to reserve your spot.

s h i f t : a special kind of flow
with Evie O'Connor
Sunday, March 8, 9:30-10:45am, $25 drop in/class pass
In Evie's own words: "S H I F T is my signature class. it is a unique recipe of ancient ingredients designed to drop you into deep connection with your body, mind, heart + spirit.
through the mediums of movement (yoga, metaphysical fitness + intuitive movement), stillness, breath, sound, prayer + presence, we rekindle our connection with the sacred and tap into the transformative power of ritual + devotion.
this practice is rooted in the observation that when we shift the world within us, the world around us re-calibrates in response.
we reclaim movement as sacred:
not because you should, not because you need to,
not to manipulate, not to control.
but as a prayer, a practice, a portal.
a call to what is primal within.
to evoke the space beyond thought,
invite the numinous, elevate the vibrational
and remember ourselves as vessels through which spirit can speak.
no particular prior experience needed, but familiarity with vinyasa yoga is helpful and a willingness to open your heart + mind is essential."
