Flow yoga is one of our most popular classes and we have close to 15 Flow classes on our schedule each week. Flow moves you mindfully through a series of yoga poses connected by breath. You will sweat! Flow is meditation in motion! The majority of our Flow classes are taught in a 90-95 degree room but we do offer a few that are warm, closer to 80 degrees. Please check the schedule for details on the temperature of the room. Whether the room is warm or hot, Flow is designed to be physically challenging, building both strength and flexibility in your body. People who enjoy a challenge and who like to sweat will enjoy these classes. We recommend practicing at least three days a week. Some yoga experience is recommended before jumping into a Flow class but it’s not necessary. If you are ready for the challenge of Flow, just keep an open mind and don’t feel you need to get it perfect the first time you try!
Hour Flow
Our Hour Flow classes offer the exact same experience as our Flow classes but they are shorter, 60 minutes instead of 75. People with busy schedules might be more inclined to take our Hour Flow class as the shorter format makes it a little bit easier to squeeze into a busy day.
Hot & Sweaty 20
75 Minute Classes
Not your typical Flow class. We will practice a designated series of poses that is the same each time. However, just because the poses are the same does not mean that your experience will be the same each time! 20 poses, same order, lots of holding but no flow. No chattarunga, no up dog... no vinyasa. The combo of poses are designed to stretch and strengthen the major muscle groups. EXPECT TO SWEAT. We will be turning up the heat!
