OUTDOOR YOGA at Clark Farm Market

1. Bring your own mat and props (blocks, strap & towel to pad knees). 

2. You must sign up in advance. We will not be taking payment in person. If you cannot log on to sign up, email ramsay@onthematyoga.com for help.

3. In the event we sell out of spots, if you need to cancel, you must cancel the night before so we can re-sell your spot. If you do not, you will be charged.

4. Wear layers and shed them as you go!

5. Clark Farm Market is located at 201 Bedford Rd in Carlisle.

Outdoor Yoga As Seen On WCVB's Chronicle

 Last summer, Ramsay had the pleasure of being interviewed by a crew from WCVB’s Chronicle. They were producing a show called “Inside Out”, featuring businesses and activities that had gotten creative and moved outside during the pandemic. On the Mat’s outdoor yoga classes was one of the features! The show aired on Wednesday, September 9 at 7:30pm.
