Day 29~ Doubling Up

On my second to last day on this 31 day journey, I was out of town with no yoga class options so I tried something new – two short morning / evening home yoga sessions. I have to say, as somebody who tends to be all in or out and has the mentality of going to a long class or not doing anything at all, this option opened up some new possibilities. Just 15 minutes in the morning of being quiet on my mat and doing some gentle stretches and a few downward dogs was a lovely way to start the day. On the other end, after lots of walking followed by hours in the car, it felt wonderful to spend 20 minutes stretching and exploring some yoga poses. Think I am on to something here…
